PBR Shiny Team vs Random Player (Asuta)

Finally, I have the opportunity to show off the shiny team that took me quite a while to get together through about a year of trading.

This battle is a very graphic depiction of the usefulness of first-turn strike moves. I have not won a singles match in quite a long while. Doubles battles seem to be my forte now that I have created some pretty awesome teams specifically for that purpose.

First-turn strike moves are awesome. My Pikachu once defeated a +3 DD Gyarados by first using Fake Out and then Quick Attack. My opponent couldn't believe what had just happened.

I'm assuming the Gyarados had already taken some damage prior to that, correct?

@MarlinBeta It's not uncommon for it to do that much damage. My Delcatty once took out an Arceus with a Fake-out (was holding silk scarf though).

First strike moves can be very useful. I love my scizor with Techtician, and Bullet Punch STAB. It makes the 40power move all the way up to 90!

Mmm. First-strike moves can hurt a lot. I've won a few battles with Froslass pulling out Ice Shard.

If only it could learn Shadow Sneak. It'd hit OU in twenty minutes.
