Gangs are a problem but seriously, 1 in 5 young children have access to weapons. You must be kidding me, I live in Brixton and the only weapons I have seen with my own eyes are ones used by the police and military and before anyone says anything I live right in the middle of a high gang activity area vand they never show their faces. Gangs are pussy's and everyone knows that.
