Notice the famous musicians in the background when Roy begins to sing, they are star struck as we all are when Roy Orbison sings. I saw him in Austin, Texs 4 months before his death. Absolutley the best concert I've ever seen in my life and I've seen them all from the Beatles to the Stones to well, you name it.

Orbison's voice was great not only because he had a wide range but because he could sing with apparently effortless power throughout that range. He also phrased brilliantly. For all the preternatural brilliance of the singing, the songs sound absolutely natural.
