Yes, it is a Milk Inc. Single. The vocalist at the time was Sofie Winters when this song was released in 1997. She left after this single and was replaced by Ann Vervoort and then she was replaced by Linda Mertens (the current vocalist) in 2000.

Linda didn't replace Ann because she died. Ann died 10 years later on 22nd April 2010.

I first heard Milk Inc back in '02, and I'm going back and listening to their other work .. I like it all, but that same stuttering vocal effect in almost all of these early tracks gets tiresome.

Still a great track, though!
