  • You're welcome ZodiacEl. You are so right! The Holy Spirit is in us when we pray! I also love that peaceful feeling.

Do you realize how much your parents love you for getting you baptized?! Wow, that is the greatest love a parent can show an infant or a child, is to get them baptized. That is the instant you became a child of God whether you knew it at the time or not. Your parents knew it and they had faith. That is sufficient for God to take you as His child.

  • cool, thanks alot again :)

i guess holy spirit is the one who enters our body when we pray, uh uh I love that peacefull feeling.

  • Bible vs; Mt 1:18-25 Birth of Jesus Mt 3:11; Lk 3:16 Baptize w/ Holy Spirit & fire Mt 12:32 blaspheming against Holy Spirit Mt 28:19 the great commission to make disciples & baptize Lk 1:41 Elizabeth filled w/ the Holy Spirit Lk 1:67 Zechariah filled w/ the Holy Spirit Lk 2:25-26 Simeon, righteous & devout waits w/ the Holy Spirit upon him Lk 3:21-22 Baptism of Jesus Lk 4:1 Temptation of Jesus Lk 10:21 Jesus rejoices in the Holy Spirit Read the bible & you will find many more!
  • ZodiacEl, the Holy Spirit is the mutual Love between the Father and the Son, Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit is the one who converts people's hearts. The Holy Spirit has a lot to do with humans because He is the one who motivates us to do what is right.

Mary, the mother of Jesus, was overshadowed by the Holy Spirit to conceive Jesus in her womb; Luke 1:35

I will post bible verses for you about the Holy Spirit. :)

  • thank you so much for your kind words!

    you really helped me out.

I will read those in bible.

Thanks again, if you dont mind i have a question,

i was really wondering, what or who is the holy spirit?

Does that something have to do with humans?

and can i find more specific information about the holy spirit in bible?

  • ZodiacEl, you cannot get baptized again. Your baptism is valid. If you get baptized again you will be committing a mortal sin. Please read Eph 4:4-6 where it says there is only ONE baptism.

If you get re-baptized, it will be like you're rejecting the Trinity in your first baptizm; as if you think it was "garbage" to get baptized. Please don't do it.

All you have to do really is renew your baptismal vows or get Confirmed in your faith. Confirmation would be your stance for you own faith.

  • ZodiacEl, your parents had you baptized because of THEIR faith. That is okay. In fact that is what should be done. That is the way it was done in the bible. When new converts were baptized they were adults. But then those adults had their whole households baptized which more than likely included infants & children. From then on it became the norm to baptize infants & children.

It is okay for one person's faith to speak for another person to have them healed. Please read Mt 8:5-13.

  • I was baptized when i was a like 5 years old.

I didnt really understand what was going on and i didnt understand the love of god, and wasnt ready to be baptized. That was my parents choice, and alot other young childeren are having the same story.

I really want to be re-baptized, but this time, i want to be baptized(in the name of jesus) because I chose to, back then i didnt have a choice so there was no love.

Its like being forced to be baptized..

Its hard to explain with words the real reason.

  • Well then if Jesus didn't pee in it, then it wouldn't be special. Or unless he pooped in it. Praise Jesus!
