Great upload I visited there several times from RAF Sharjah in 1970 with the Dental team. My most vivid memory was watching a Medic give a Camel a penicillin injection for an infected hoof, it shit all over the place including him! lol.

@kerimorgan52 Yes I am good to hear from you

I'm Keri Morgan and I was there in 1975 (my last posting) and worked in the commcen. My favourite memories was sunbathing at the pool in between shifts with some of the best mates I've ever had. I'd be chuffed if anyone recognizing me could get in touch at kerimorgan@sky.com

Passed thru in 72 then left RAF 76 and spent 3 years at Seeb/Thumrait....went back to Maz many times.....thanks for memories !!!!

I was also there from Nov 73 to aug 74. Worked in ground radio, so paths would likely have crossed.
Found your site, only because I was scanning slides photos taken during the 60s and 70s, and found a box from my time there. thought I'd google RAF Masirah, and eventually found this.
Well pleased.

How brilliant to see this. I was there in 1976, working in SVP, refuelling the aircraft. The memories it brings back, wonderfull. I also had a show on Radio 65, it was called 'Highway Star', the weekly hit of 'prog rock' and various other weird stuff!!!
