Dec. 2008, most of the world's nations signed the treaty to ban the use of cluster munitions. However, major players like the U.S, Israel, Russia, China, India and Pakistan did not. Please use the link to petition your government to sign the treaty. The treaty must be ratified by at least thirty member states to become official. http://www.stopclustermunitions.org/take-action/

If you think you can, you will. If you think you can't, you won't. Either way you are right. My point is, the world is what you think. When you change your thinking, you can change the world. To succumb to the belief that man by nature must always wage war is a defeatist attitude. We have a choice. We can choose the big lie-irrational-fear-war. Or we can choose truth. War is a big lie, no matter what face you try to put on it.
