Short answer, NO. Longer answer, ABSOLUTELY NOT. That is unless you heavily layer underneath it and you are moving, in which case MAYBE. You need to specify, if you are running or climbing you might be able to get away with a cap3 + another light insulating layer (thin soft shell) and the nano puff and be okay. -20c is COLD, I have been in that weather with a DAS and not felt remotely comfortable.
