中秋節過後,表示秋天真正來了!而這個季節裡很多人最期待,就是好好吃一下螃蟹大餐。來自對岸的大閘蟹,也有人開始在台灣大量繁殖。這些年來非常熱門的大閘蟹,因為肉質甜­膏黃香,更是許多老饕最愛,但從中國進口的大閘蟹,近年來常被質疑殘留禁藥等問題,讓民眾想吃又不安心。苗栗獅潭有鄉親利用當地純淨的水質,乾脆自己養,繁殖量產,他們的­成績如何,謝佳凌、蔡裕昌帶大家一起去看看!
