this wasn't clever at all. like this could sooooo easily be made backwards with the guy believing there is a god and him walking around and going into places to die because he thinks they are holly. you can live your life on earth how ever you want. if you choose to waste it on the idea that there will be an after life, go for it. i know this is life happening right now and im going to live it. (o and that idea that there is an afterlife has killed millions of people for absolutly no reason)

@Sirivanwooten (sigh) Sirivan, your are simply echoing the whole point of the film so check your "facts": more people have died at the hands of atheist regimes in the last 100 years then in all the religious wars of all the centuries prior- combined! (that's why no serious person makes that argument anymore) By the way, since you don't believe in Trucks (or God) and therefore no absolute standard for goodness, why is murder wrong anyway? Do you complain when a lion kills a Gazelle?

And besides, you claim to be using logic- a thing that is immaterial and transcendent yet you are trying to use what is immaterial and transcendent to deny a belief in anything immaterial and transcendent! Owen, I've been a member of CCO for about 12 years and I would never imagine stuping down to someones level was protocol for defending the faith, even if you are a video guy and you do lunch with Billy Graham. There is a lot of big words and some slight jabs from both sides and even as a believer neither argument would prove to me God does or does not exist. What kind of big worded argument can prove to me God don't exist? Give it your best shot and throw in every bit of science you can with some insults for good measure and you can't prove to me God don't exist because I like countless others know him personally and science could never have changed my "natural" instinct to put myself first.

@theapologetic315 I know what "trite" means, and used it well. It's a bit laughable to me that you brag about your success as if it negated mine - certainly, you're no household name, trust. You're not a very good writer, so perhaps it's those ever-elusive videos that appeal to the Christian demographic, which, yes, is shrinking. I don't need to prove this to you -- if you don't know it, gravity and physics aren't your only weaknesses. Anyway, it seems we're getting nowhere
