Videotaping oneself is a great way not only to document progress, but also to help with correcting and refining one's technique. I really should get a convenient little camera or something to do this myself...

@baiyuchin60 bit harsh. YouTube's nothing more than a medium to express ones-self in a modern world. The girl's probably excited about learning gungfu and wants to express that.  But you know what? Over time it'll be interesting to watch how she develops in maturity not just in gungfu but in herself. So few people are willing to share that kind of vulnerability. Maybe shame "should" be replaced with positive reinforcement ;)
