I go to the top right of my page and click on my screen name. Options open up and I click on "subscriptions". Then I can see the newest videos that were made by all the channels that I have subbed. I check it every day so I can stay current.

@Ahavah8Ahavah About two years ago. I seem to recall it being relatively easy, as I was having "digestive issues' and didn't feel much like eating. I ran up close to three weeks and aborted. The aftermath was exhilarating, but as you may know the return to normal western eating habits returns quickly. It did for me. It also was a great help doing it in the summer months. I'm naturally cold, even in L.A., until things heat up. My reptilian nature LOL

@cheesestr4wz - lol - I'm starting slower this time. Even just coming off caffeine and sugar without doing anything more gave me such a headache for 2 days...today is day 3 and I'm better, but not up to speed. Thanks for the encouragement.

Yippy sista ! Get some of that grade " B " maple syrup & go crazy . In '09 I did this for 14 days...1st. 3 headache, but oh, I almost didn't want to come off and break the fast. Drew closer to my Lord Jesus .
