yeah, if the dribbler driblles the ball behind his back while facing backwards with his back towards the defender, he can again dribble, being the dribbler he is, the ball behind his back while facing backwards and hopefully back his defender right on his backside...

but actually, the hehind-the-back dribble isn't needed, jus fancy dribbling period if u ask me, because as youare performin a fancy dribble and you press shoot while in the act of the dribble, the man with the ball will automatically drive it to the basket, and if he doesn't score, it's most likely because he got fouled.
