It's a Wonderful Life Proposal (Hope+Josh)

Short version: I wanted to do something special to propose to Hope while our families were visiting. So I created a montage from "It's a Wonderful Life," which played after the movie.

Long version: Hope and I have been dating for almost 6 years and I've know for while that she was the one. Both of our families were in town for the holidays and so I just had to find the right time and place.

Hope's favorite movie is "It's a Wonderful Life," which was playing at a small independent theater in the U District. After the show, I had arranged the projectionists to play this montage that I edited together from clips in the movie.

Afterwards I got down on one knee and proposed in the theater. She said yes!
