1978 marked the end of an era. Not just because it marked the end of the Six Million Dollar Man, but it marked the end of an era of "fun times"! The 70's were unlike any other era. It was good times, good movies, good friends, good drive-in's, and Sinatra. Lee Majors seemed to be marking time towards the end of the series, and although bionics, bionic effects, and music seemed to hit an all time high, there was "nothing to keep the series from ending". I was a young boy at the time and had no super hero to look forward to seeing every week ...

  • I like what you wrote....but I have to admit....this was NOT a good episode of the series...Season 5 was not good....I personally LOVED the show....but Season 5 was a disappointment....thanks so much for your thoughts on this...I really respect and appreciate what you wrote...take care!!
