The History of Space travel in 2 minutes.
Originally put together for a Sunday Times CDRom featuring the British National Space Centre (yes we do have one www.bnsc.gov.uk) this little film deserves a wider airing.

  • Nice Video. You left out x-15, Mir and Almaz. Hubble had nothing to do with human space travel. Other things you could have mentioned was the Buran and Gemini. Gemini was safest, cost effective, man rated rocket the US ever had. Oh yea, China has put a man in space at least twice so I would put in the Long March rocket.

  • Skylab was before the Apollo-Soyuz. The year is also wrong with Skylab. It was 1973 not 1977.

  • sweet! this has really helped me on my science assignment. thanks!

  • and hopefully our exploration will be exponentially expanded over the next forty years.
