what about making a humidifier with one of these? can it be used for that? and do you know of a schematic for the circuit id need?

@patrickikis Hi..Is there any way that I can control the frequency of a transducer?like I wana use it for 60-100Hz.. Can u help me in this??
-
It is easy to make this. All you need is a 555 chip and a FET. You need a special kind of piezo element as an ultrasonic transducer. Althouh you can use a regular piezo as well.

Hey what type of modulation are you using? ASK??? FSK?? AM, FM????

@CPLBSS88 i'm in the same boat, let me know what you find, please

I am highly considering making my own Ultrasonic cleaner for cleaning gun parts. I am trying to think of a cost effective design. i cannot really find any good solid info on what exactly i would need. BTW i want to be able to fit a full length long gun barreled action, which would call for a container around 35"x6"x4"...any ideas?
wait... i really want to know; what do other wireless devices do? like ones with antennas, what do they do to transmit the signal? i understand how ultrasonic and infered work but those arent in most rc curcuits how do they work?

I have a wireless transmitter and receiver component set as well. The method of sending information from the sent from the transmitter to the receiver is called modulation. There are many different types of modulation methods. In essense, you take your input signal and send it on a much higher signal, almost like riding a wave. The higher frequency (carrier wave) is taken out of the equation in the process of demodulation, and you get your original signal back. You can wiki modulation.

I'm sorry the prices are out of your range right now. I assure you that I have the best buy-it-now prices on ebay. I even have a listing that comes with a 555 timer for transmitting and a quad operation amplifier chip for receiving. Electronics can be a rather expensive hobby, but I try to be reasonable with my pricing. Thanks for taking an interest!
