Where!! i have been craving this glorious fruit! Since spending 6 months in new zealand and eating them every chance i get, and drinking the famous concoction feijoa vodka and apple juice... I come home to find myself longing it!

FEIJOA CHUTNEY RECIPE,,,,,, add the following to a large pot top & tail 24 feijoa,, 1lb of peeled/chopped apples,, 1lb finely cut onions,,, l pint of white vinegar,, 1 teaspoon cayan pepper,,,, 2 tablespoons of mixed spice,,, 1lb of brown sugar,,, bring to boil,,,mash ingredients and simmer for and hour,,,,,,or until reduced to your desired thickness add to 8 large jars.... enjoy !! with mainland cheese......SWEET AS
