Also this happens A LOT I will flip it and catch it with my backfoot but my body will be like facing the board. its really frustrating because I tried switch heel devotedly for about 10 to 13 hours and never landed one and now ive switched to this and I feel like ill never land any switch flips

If someone can offer me any advice I would really appreciate it. I am trying to learn these switch. I have a consistent and high kickflip so I understand how the trick works. I can ride pretty comfortably switch and have maybe an 6 inch to a 10 inch ollie which I land every time, although some are awkward. If I jump away from the board I can make it flip most every try. My problem is when I flip it goes in front of me and I catch it with flipping foot if I try to stay over it doesnt flip usually

I'm having trouble catching the board with my back foot

Can you tell me how to keep your feet up? When ever I try my feet hit the ground before the board.
