Why shouldn't the United States apologise for the atomic bombins in Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Sure, the Japanese government was wrong for its expansionist policies, bombing Pearl Harbour, and other war crimes they committed, but why should you punish civilians for a governments actions? Think about it for a while. Is there really nothing to apologise for? What about the countless innocent people who lost their friends and relatives? Shouldn't the U.S. apologise to them?

Ironically, there are some researchers speculating that the LACK of pollution is part of the reason for global warming. The line of logic is something to the effect that less pollution allows more sunlight through. That seems like it would be enough, but then it continues by saying that more sunlight makes plants a darker green, which in turn traps in more heat and warms the planet.

@TheXtranormalproduct Because Japan attacked the US, and because they just wouldnt surrender. And all other options were worse for everyone, whether invasion or blockade. The reason they dropped on civilians is they knew the Japanese thought the US were "weak" and sentimental (why they thought this, i dont know!) and they dropped the 2nd bomb because they did not recieve a surrender from the first. Its a brutal, horrible and catastrophic event that was unfortunately necessary.

Also, you do not gain a partial immunity due to exposer- quite the opposite. You gain an allergy from extended exposer
