Opening day at Red Bull Arena ushered in a new era of MLS soccer, as a sell-out crowd and a storied Brazilian franchise welcomed the New York Red Bulls to their new home.

To those in attendance, thanks for making our opening night an unforgettable one. For those who were elsewhere, we can't wait for you to join us.

For "First Kick" 2012 the club is distributing "You Suck Corrales" bobblehead dolls to the first 75 lucky fans who enter the grounds so drunk that they can't zip their piss soaked pants. Then you get to 'Dunk the Viper" in the Passaic River (funny he would smell better) and 'Bob for donuts" with Who Shot Sam. Maybe now Heck will be able to fill all those empty seats by the iconic Red Bull logo at the halfway line.

@sezzo Most European cultures never had the heavy influence of baseball, basketball, football or hockey to compete with soccer. Try building a soccer culture when there is a heavy following of four major sports before the establishment of a stable domestic league.
