Riddle: Where Does The Extra Man Come From?

I think I can kinda explain it. In the 12 guys picture, in the left row, the front guy get's a haircut and looses mass. His hair get's added to another guy who looses his eyes for it wich get added to another guy who looses his mouth for it and so on. So in the 13 guys picture you have 12 people who are missing some part of their body and one added guy.

To simple check it, you just have to switch through both pictures instantly and you will see that the guys get smaller.

Ok this is what i think. The people are missing body parts and thet used those body parts to form an extra man.

So far from all these comments, i havent read one good explanation of this riddle.

There's 2 questions that need to be answered. 1. We start of with 12 guys/12 legs. Q where does the extra pair of legs come from? A. guy at the top of the 2nd last column (from start position, left to right) Q. where does the extra face come from? A guy at the bottom of 2nd column (from starting position, left to right). There's the extra pair of legs & there's the extra face. Solved!

It's all about the little guy in the bottom left hand corner, who has such a small amount taken from him, you don't notice that nothing is then added to him. I shall name him Kaiser Soze: he was there all along! (also, to all the people who, rather than figure it out, assume this is a 'trick', and then mock everyone for it: your idiocy is hilarious!)

THE ANSWER is perspective....looking at something and then manipulating it in some way to change what the viewer sees messes with the viewer's perspective....it's kinda like those 3D chalk drawings that one guy does. from the side, or even from the front, without a special lens, you'll only see color that's not making any particular image. view it through the lens though and you see brilliant art
