Hey i was looking at your code. you can get a much faster divide by 16 by doing this
out = in>>4
that shifts the bits and only takes 1 or 2 cycles and happens to divide by 2,4,8,16 etc.
im going to build one after i finish my arduino synth :)

yes i know, i'm working on the hss3 at the moment, where i use this method.. i will update the hss2 script when i have time.
