Peter i hav a question : you said that Confidence is very imp and I agree with that but then what about when anger co-incides with Confidence. I guess my question here "is it ethical to stand up for yourself if someone is inconsiderate towards you?" and how do you do that without hurting someone ? I mean when u do something that the other person doesnt like - they will obviously get hurt or feel bad ? so is that right to do (from a spiritual stand point of view)?

Some people need anger to find the courage to stand up for what is right. Some can do without, which is much better, because then the anger does not pollute the righteous action. If somebody is misbehaving and you hurt them by telling them or stopping them from doing it, then that hurt is healing for them, even if it makes them feel bad. Some of all that is discussed in my other clips on anger management.
