I love watching PS22 chorus videos and on every one of them people comment about how great the teacher is and how lucky this school is to have him. I could not agree more -- so what I propose is that (in the absence of cloning technology) we somehow fund Mr. B. to mentor teachers in other schools around the country and maybe they could mentor others and show more teachers how to make this fantastic music program (and all its fringe benefits) the norm in the U.S. -- not the amazing exception.
