One of our conditioning progression where you hold a 10sec split squat hold on one end of the slideboard, then immediately go into 5 pushes on the slideboard and drop down again in a split squat hold on the other side for 10 more seconds. Repeating that sequence for 3 x 10sec holds on each side followed by 5 pushed is one set. One set lasts about 1:45min. You can do anywhere from 3 to 6 total sets.
