So yeah me getting back torture. This video is dedicated to Bizquick123 and all the other self-trained contortionists. If you werent already familar with this type of stretch and/or if you werent sure how to do it the right way. Compliments of Serchmaa Byamba. At the end I was trying to do a mountain but failed miserably cuz of the disparity between my hip and middle back flexibility. Oh and Nancy and Alton in the background talking about what they like on thier french fries... I think lol.

  • Yes, I have executed this stretch on some of my girls, BUT to stretch the upper and middle back its better if the trainer holds your elbows, this can put potentially a lot of strain on the shoulders. To achieve the necessary hip flexion do lots of deep lunges, working to get the front of the leg which lies on the ground, completely flat on the floor. That will help with your mountain.

  • Flexibility comes with time. Don't matter how old are you i believe if you keep some hours from you day, everyday to work some part of your body u can improve it! Your body can do EVERYTHING that your mind trully believe it can!
