Golden grahms un a smoothie, i don't think that's consideres HEALTHY.

@TheCherokeeangel22 Certainly isn't - I never implied that they were! They were a fun addition to an otherwise healthy smoothie used to transition my children into green smoothies. Now they drink them with just greens, a bit of fruit and other vegetables and water, yogurt and or milk - but it took a bit of time weaning them onto that :)

they are so cute and adorable, I like how you got them doing it, I try to tell people to get their kids involved to making it so they will eat it
