What type of Lubricant did you use?

@docsol01 It was a generic silicone spray. Worked great.

like the video tips... where did you purchase the tubing at?

@snyken1 You can find it many places. Home Depot, Lowes, etc. If you search online you can find the tubing half the price. Try Amazon, Leisure Pro, etc. Search for 3/8th inch outer diameter with 1/16th inch wall thickness.

I have a 2011 f150 with wind noise coming from my drives side doors. I may have to try this.

@jaycarp02 The tubing I used had 1/16th inch thick walls. Any thicker and the tubing is too stiff.

What thickness tubing did you use? There seems to be several sizes online to order.
