From KETC, Living St. Louis Producer Ruth Ezell tracks the progress of an eco-friendly home in Richmond Heights. Bill and Julie Newberry began the construction of their "green" home in 2007. The couple used insulated concrete forms that resemble king-sized Legos. These Styrofoam blocks are not only an efficient insulator, but are also able to withstand winds from an F3 tornado. And to heat and cool their home, the Newberry's installed ground sourcing which reduces energy bills.
