  • holy shit

  • if there's drilled hole on the surface, cbn is easy to crack. cbn is very nice for hardened steel. we have lot of steel around HRC 50. but problem is there're too many holes on the surface....... knive is very easy to crack....

  • The audio is ahead of video (out of synch).

  • PCBN has very high abrasion resistance; works phenomenally well on cast iron and steels above 45Rc.

  • what is the cutting speed for cast iron using CBN inserts?

  • cbn is utrahard (the only thing harder than CBN is diamond). so it's an ideal cutting material

  • actually whole operation is made by cbn. because of high surface speed of cbn inserts.
