My reflections after my second day at SHOT Show...
I'm in my hotel room (sorry for the poor lighting) at the end of the second day of SHOT Show. While I'm having a lot of fun, meeting great people and getting to check out cool new gear, it has been very exhausting. Part of it is being on my feet from 8am til they kick us out at 6pm, and all of the walking that we do on the floor. Between the first two days, I've probably walked about 15 miles or more. The scale of the show is just massive, and there are so many booths between the two floors (and don't forget trips back to the press room - that's where I go to upload videos during the day). But the bigger part of it is just that I'm very shy. There are 61,000 people at SHOT Show this year and it is completely overwhelming to find myself surrounded by them. Of course, I don't interact with all of them, but they're all milling around, talking and looking at the new products. While I have met some great people and like the opportunity for networking that SHOT has provided, it has been difficult for me because it has forced me to step outside of my comfort zone. That has bled a bit into my videos, as some have noticed. So, when I seem more shy, awkward, or stiff, it's because I'm still camera shy and very introverted, so I hope you have patience with me for that. :] The new format for SHOT Show is a little different, and I know some of you like it and some of you don't, but my goal was to give you somewhat of a glimpse of what I see around the booths instead of more in depth reviews. I'm tired, but looking forward to another full day tomorrow.
Very pretty smile.

As you began shooting videos for your channel it must have required stepping out your comfort zone. Now I would venture say you are "comfortable" in front of the camera. Continue to push yourself outside of that zone. There's no telling where it could lead. All the best.

Your doing great.
It is well recognized that a person's greatest fear, even greater than death, is speaking in public.
I think your personality and positive attitude more than make up for your shyness (if your shyness could really even be considered a problem).
Hope this doesn't sound overly philisophical or like I am trying to impress you (I am just an old timer 50+ years old)
Keep up the great work. Your videos are very interesting and informative.
