@xjasonxbx1 Sorry, I forgot to include the Supreme Court case law. I cite case law to prevent "armchair legal experts" on YouTube from spreading misinformation.
See U.S. v. Leon, Arizona v. Evans for warrants executed despite being ruled invalid.

@xjasonxbx1 You are incorrect. Officers may perform illegal searches & seizures validly if they have a valid reason to believe it is legal. For example, an otherwise illegal warrant, if it is believed to be valid at the time, can be lawfully executed by an officer.
You may or may not have the legal right to resist depending on your state's laws. If you resist and turn out to be wrong, you are fully guilty of all relevant crimes regardless of your beliefs at the time.

Hopefully a formal complaint and possible lawsuit was filed against these officers that blatantly violated your friend's civil rights.

@riosi005 Glick Vs Cuniffee. We have the right to film the police. We do not have to "put the camera down."
-
Oh my god this makes me sick. How can cops be cops and not know the law.
-
What happened with this? Did you file charges against those officers? And why can't women ever just do what they're told? In every video I see like this the guy asks a woman that's off screen to do something and they have to ask 50 questions before they get there pussies in gear. So while the cop is beating you to death the cunts are busy asking questions instead of shutting the fuck up and getting a lawyer on the phone or making sure the camera keeps recording.

Cops always make a mountain out of a mole hill, like officer bubbles who claimed the detergent in a bubble could do damage to officers eyes. They start hollering at innocent people and make it look like they are being attacked by drug lords with AK47's--bunch of drama queens.
-
They are acting as regular citizen and should be dealt with the same way you would deal with anyone else committing these acts against you. Its self defence and out right. Without it, what incentive do police officers have to obey the constitution and PROTECT our rights? None!
-
ok. When a police officer attempts to arrest, enter property, or otherwise illegally, without probable cause or in violation of a person's rights who is not committing a crime or who isn't a suspect in a crime, they are not acting as police officers and therefore not police officers at that point in time.
If a cop dont like it they use there power to make there own law. And if we did what the cop did we would be in jail cause it is against the law. see why if you give a badge to someone they think there god. Do what they say or go to jail even though we have the right to video tape. if im right give me a +1
