  • I've just bought an AGFA Sonnector projector from EBay for £55. Is this a decent buy in your opinion? I've never had much experience with a projector but luckily I'm only buying this because of my love of film.

  • While I agree with some of what you have said, it comes down to how much you know and who you know that can repair or maintain the projector you have. How technically minded are you? How good are you at tracking down spares etc?

I have to agree about buying on ebay or auction sites. You need to see what you are buying first. Also, a lot of the better quality super 8 machines can give good service with care. Transferring film to another medium as a back up is of course the sensible thing to do.

  • i would like to assemble kits like yours for use in another country. Where could i find the LED-lit digital kit?
