Starting Stats
5'5''
133 pounds

I used to look and FEEL healthy.
Look at what college has done to me. -_-
All those nights of partying went everywhere BUT my boobs and ass.

Anyways I'm trying to lose weight the healthy way.

This is not just one of those fad diets.
(Been there done that, so over it.)
I'm going to be changing my lifestyle.

Rules:
No junk food/ fried food
No carbs after 7
Run/workout every day.
Maintain net total of 1500 calories/day
No alcohol
Drink 8 cups of water and 2 cups of tea in the morning.

I would like to eat smaller more frequent meals to raise my metabolism
..but that's just so much money and work...lol

Hopefully with a time and effort
you'll watch me shrink!



Any suggestions to my workout/eating habits would be greatly appreciated., but no rude comments please;
it took a lot of balls to post this up.

  • eating 1000 calories isn't losing weight the healthy way, anything less than either 1300 or maybe 1200 is considered dangerous. anyways youre thin! if you want to tone up, that's great but it doesnt seem like you need to lose weight. good luck with whatever you chose.

  • I jutst wanted to say this was the heathly way. Everyone's body is different. If you are short you can't eat at much calories as a 6 foot girl. I would know. To maintain my weight I would eat 1200 & I am 5'1 & 111. So yes. I am healthy. Some people don't need much food. Like me. So everyone please stop critiziing. Jeez. I don't see you looking that great!!!!!

  • VERY AMAZING. i've been wanting to lose weight and be as skinny as you (the video when u were done). after having my son i got bigger. and i didnt like it at all. my husband tells me that i look fine but to me, i want so lose weight so bad. so i've been trying to lose weight doing the "banana diet" nothing's change so far. i'll take your advice and see if i can be as skinny as you. right now i am as big as u when u first start the video. let's hope i accomplish this.

  • at 5'5" and 133 that's healthy...133 is the ideal weight for someone who's 5'4" but it's good that you've decided to eat healthily but you definitely didn't need to lose the weight
