@wezza78 At this point it wasn't installed yet. After we got it home we removed it again. They don't really gain you anything and they make it difficult to inspect the tire for wear.
Congrats on your aircraft...she looks great. I'm going to buy an LSA because I'm tired of renting old C172's. The J250SP looks like the best candidate. Does the builder offer a full IFR package?
Very few LSA's are IFR-approved, since sport pilots can't fly IFR. Ours is equipped for instrument approaches, but only for practice. They have to be done under VFR.
How come you don't have a spat on the nose wheel?
