Only at 1:20 in the video was helping aliens even mentioned. We are subject to the governing authorities, so it is also true that we are not to break the law, as shown in Romans 13:1-7, and there is to be 1 law in the land for all, Exodus 12:49.
So again, unless we do it for everyone, we cannot reward illegal aliens (not legal immigrants) with what they sought when they broke our laws. And, this discussion is an example of exactly why we in the church need to stay out of politics.

Actually, all throughout the commentary he did that... to just present what God's word has to say about this issue. He points out the commandment to help the needy. He did not enter political debates as that only uses human reasoning. What he presented a clear reponse based from the scripture for this issue, nothing else.
Exodus 22:21 And a stranger shalt thou not wrong, neither shalt thou oppress him: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.

Mr. Antion: Where's the Biblical examples and admonishments to evaluate this issue ? There is real danger for the church in causing severly devisive arguements if the church enters the political debates. Stay out of politics except to show what God's word has to say about it. Example: "Illegal" aliens are different from legal immigrants. We do not reward bank robbers with cash, nor other law breakers with what they sought when they broke the law. The same must be true for illegal aliens.

Professional commentary. I am surprised that not too many people watch this channel. I would have watched it just because it has excellent presentations in English and deep insights into some political or economic issues. Thanks for that.
