From the 127 minute DVD Nerve Mobilization by Real Bodywork. The most complete and advanced treatment for the arm! This DVD covers advanced nerve tension tests that will allow the therapist to precisely evaluate the median, ulnar, and radial nerves to discover exactly where they are impinged. Then Doug Alexander will lead you through over 65 soft tissue techniques. These include myofascial release techniques, fluid (lymphatic) techniques, and muscle release techniques as well as direct nerve gliding and stretching. Each technique is designed to free restrictions along the path of the nerve and normalize tissue function from the neck to the hand. Great for carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow, numbness, tingling, weakness, wrist pain, epicondylitis, and more!

  • I went to the Dr, and was diagnosed with Radial Tunnel Syndrome at the elbow, although my EMG was normal Can you tell me which exercices should I do to avoid surgery? Where can I buy this DVD? Does it adresses radial tunnel syndrome?

    Thank you,

  • Man, wish more of this was shown here! These techniques would be good to know for my clients. For myself, now, I need to find someone who does this work locally...and soon! :-/

  • @ceej786

see a physio that doesn't use dodgy electrotherapy!

  • umm. he does that later in the video, and dependent on the compression sometimes you don't have to depress the shoulder joint.

  • You have to depress the shoulder as well!

  • i love structural integration also known as rolfing it works with the body function through gravity bringing grace and balance to the being

  • I dislocated my shoulder two months ago, and sustained damage to the radial nerve. electro physiotherapy has not helped. Do you have any suggestions? My ortho surgeon just asked me to go back after another 4 weeks for another review. Thank you.

  • thank you.
