  • @Vindaven i'm going to leave it right there

  • @bigwill0705 What is corruption? I would define it as fighting for ones own interests over the interests of society and the greater good.

I do not think absolute power would corrupt everyone. Some people put society's needs before the needs of their own. But sometimes the best thing for society is to be forced to go through something momentarily painful so that in the long run everyone is the happiest.

  • @Vindaven I knew it you have never been handcuffed and bothered by the police one day in you live or you wouldn't have this opinion but the police is becoming to power i thought their suppose to serve and protect us guess not but remember power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely

  • @bigwill0705 What is morally right is not necessarily what is legally right and vise versa. Since you bring up what I think is morally right... I think it is sometimes morally right and sometimes not morally right to put someone in handcuffs at level 2 (verbal) resistance. It depends on the totality of the circumstances (criminal history, tendency of violence, the person's size, the number of people around, the need for quick scene control, etc etc etc). Sometimes I think it is the best choice

  • @Vindaven Yes, i know and if the officers feels in danger or that you're going to run when you are being questioned by police but now we get off track do you think it's right for them to put you in handcuffs ?

  • @bigwill0705 You may be taking law, but you are absolutely incorrect. Officers can legally put you in handcuffs for just being mouthy and then take them off when you become more compliant. It doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be arrested. You need to learn about the law enforcement use of force matrix. What you call brutality is often within legal guidelines.

    Restraint Device = Handcuffs

  • @Vindaven yes you do i take law but now a day people don't know with there rights are so they just give in to whatever they're being told but its no written the police can handcuff you they just do

  • @bigwill0705 You don't have to break a law for an officer to put you in handcuffs. Officers can legally put you in handcuffs for just being mouthy and then take them off when you become more compliant. It doesn't necessarily mean you're going to be arrested. If you resist (brace, tense, push, pull, step away, run away, fight, etc) while an officer is trying to put handcuffs on you... you are guilty of "resisting arrest" even though you weren't necessarily under arrest at the time.

  • Maybe they can get Kevin Bacon to come down and dance to the footloose soundtrack.

  • @Vindaven you missed the point how can i resist arrest if i didn't do anything to be arrested for
