I think he may have used Vista but may have liked the windows xp recycle bin icon better you never know lol jk but i know i have all those effects on vista plus more using special little seperate programs (so ppl be wise its called google)

Hehe you got me xD No its not a "skin" because it is not only a desktop image. Yes it is a Transformation pack as it has a boot screen and all that. I don't use it anymore I got vista ultimate on my laptop... Errrm yeh, I love changing themes on my comp I find it fun xD
