Kind of a celebration of handing my dissertation in. Which means more pole time yay!! Managed to get in all new moves, studio is LA fitness where we take our classes.. check out the yogini drop!! unintended but managed to save myself...

I was just...amazed. Holy crap! I didn't even know it was physcially possibly to do half of the moves you did. At one point I thought you'd turned into Chris Angel and were levitating. 1:59 Really, really amazing. I want to go dance on a pole now. xD
