Mark Felling, GimpGear Guy, quadriplegic engineer, inventor, and President of Broadened Horizons Inc. purchased a VitaGlide to test applicability for Broadened Horizons customers which are typically disabled wheelchair users with upper extremity limitations, i.e. quadriplegics like himself. The VitaGlide is considered a great exercise machine for wheelchair users. The unit tested had a Standard Base and Pro Top. Unfortunately Mark found it designed around a manual wheelchair user with full upper body mobility and function. This video is constructive feedback and simple ideas for VidaGlides engineers to optimize the design and make it more functional for our wheelchair users and quadriplegics specifically.
