  • That was perfect. I think I asked you before -- what is the difficulty of doing this effect on a moving vehicle?

  • It's actually fairly simple, now that I think about it! It all depends on what you would like to be composed in the shot (ie. explosion, flying car pieces, etc.)

  • A video where I tested a combustion effect. Instead of doing the normal 3 second clip, I turned it into a storyline.

    If you study film, I'd say that it reeks of German Expressionism.

    Pretty Awesome, but for an effect like this I would be using suspense.

  • I do study film, and I see exactly what you're saying.

    I thought about using suspense, but I felt that the element of surprise would serve as a funny punch line.
