Very good point. I think these are the things that people need to seriously take into consideration prior to becoming a PA. It's not just from the doctors either, it's from some of the nursing staff as well. Being a PA is also difficult because you are not the doctor and you are not the ancillary staff, which often times takes orders from the PA, thus, you are left floating in the middle. Can be more difficult if you are the lone PA in the group. Ego checks goes without saying. Spot on.
