  • Does your back have to be parallel to the floor? or is this way ok also?

  • i have tried theses and to be honest all i get from them is a bicep workout and before you ask yes my form is perfect.regular grip hits the back much better.all this does is tire out you're biceps for the rest of you're back workout.not good at all

  • would front dumbbell raise be for lats mostly? are wide grip bent rows good for thickness? so the t-bar is more on detail?

  • Heavy, Explosive and less reps and sets = Big muscles

  • How do you guys feel about this type of exercise vs. a cable row exercise?

  • try to concentrate more on the negative, i mean do it slower

  • when i do them, i can use much more weight

  • IS ROW BETTER THAN PULLUP FOR BACK
