I've personally seen one with Red eyes. He also had red skin too.

Not all lizard men have green skin and yellow eyes. There are many variations of them. Some even have wings and tails.

There is a South American shaman that has a pic of him holding a the head of a beheaded Reptilian. Look pretty real, but it hasnt been verified yet.
