This movie is from 1985...Unbelievable actually. great acting, editing, direction,screenplay etc...wayyyy ahead of its time, but i only saw it once, today. I believe it's better than '1984'-the movie. NOT the book cause you can't beat orwells book.
anyway, gonna watch it again but first ...12 Monkeys !

I think it's named after the song "Aquarela do Brasil", which appears alot in the film.
