This film scarily illustrates the possibilities resulting from the NDAA being passed into law.

The title is just an allusion, but I wonder and I'd like to ask this question to the director of the movie. "Why Brazil?" I do not think to have a Brazilian song is not (or maybe not ) a reasonable explanation. Well, if it is the case a film needs a reasonable explanation to exist...
BTW, the name of the song is Watercolor of Brazil.
Just wondering...curious a lot.

I love this film, but I dont understand why people think its so "complex" or even "surreal", the storyline is pretty straight forward...it just happens to be set in Terry Gilliam's twisted vision of the future...and it surely doesnt need all this pretentious rambling to justify how good it is....
