Why did this villain think that he could stop Supergirl with ordinary bullets? He should had used a gun that fires Kryptonite gas to knock out Supergirl and, while she was unconcious, put her in his car and taken her to his hideout. When Supergirl awakens, she finds herself chained to a chair;when Supergirl cannot break the chains, she realizes, to her horror, that the chains are made of Kryptonite, the one substance that can weaken her and even kill her.
