Thanks much for answering my Spino question. The main reason I asked it though was because they could have fought for fish mainly, using their massive talons to rip at each other for it.

Dinosaurs became rulers because of the end-of-Triassic mass extinction, which had a magnitude similar to the end of Cretaceous one. Hence, there was no dinosaurian king in the triassic, as large crurotarsans took the carnivorous niches. Herbivorous crurotarsans were rare, so dinosaurs took that niche with ease, as dicynodonts were in decline. Then, large crurotarsans die, leaving things like Terrestisuchus (look it up its awesome), and dinos become larger and larger. BTW, Emilio from Lugo here.

The raptor in Jurasic Park 1 was wrong because it was urahraptor sized featherless and it looked and they problay mistook it for utahraptor.
