PALLETIZER P500 from Fischbein Saxon

Description:
The machine is used to stack bags of 15-50kg automatically onto a
pallet at a maximum speed of 400-550 bags/hour, depending on the
type of bag, the height of the pallet and the number of bags per layer.

Process:
The closed bag is introduced horizontally in the palletizer and then lifted
by an elevator. The gripper takes the bag at the top and stacks it on the
pallet in the right position, predefined by a software.

Main components of the palletizer:
• Conveyor with square rolls:
to spread correctly the product in the bag and to bring it on the elevator
• Elevator: to lift the bag at the right height
• Gripper: to catch the bag, to direct it and to drop it on the pallet at the right place.

the palletizer contains 6 motors:
- 1 motor for the conveyor with square rolls
- 1 motor for the lift
- 1 motor for the perimeter frame (up -- down)
- 1 motor for the translation of the gripper (front -- back)
- 1 motor for the bean supporting the gripper (left -- right)
- 1 motor for the gripper (rotation)
• Photocells:
to control the position of the bag
• Peripheral frame to guide the bags :
to prevent falls of bags and to get a correct palletization. This frame is
manually adjustable to the size the pallet.
• The platform of the palletizer is 1600mm x 1600mm

• Size of the pallets: 1200 x 1600mm -- 1200 x 1000mm -- 1200 x 800mm
(Dimensions of the frame to guide the bags are manually adjusted)
• The maximum height of the pallet after loading: 3,4m (from the ground)
• 6 preprogrammed models of piling up are possible (standard)
